A business centre is judged by its common parts. Tenants forgive a lot inside their own suite, but a tired reception or a poor washroom is what they mention when their licence comes up for renewal — and what a prospective tenant notices on the viewing.
We clean shared areas to one consistent standard across the whole building, on a schedule your centre manager can hand to a tenant or an owner without caveats.
